    We went there last night for the first time despite having lived in Placerville for nearly ten years. We both ate the special, enchiladas suizas, delicious. Tender chicken with no gristle, great flavor. The only negative, and it was minor, was that I ordered a horchata but was given a coke. Not a big enough deal to get it swapped or to deduct a star. I'm sure he would have fixed it had I asked.

    I've been going here for years with my family. The staff is unbelievably kind and the food has never disappointed. My go-to are the beef flautas; they're phenomenal -- but you really can't choose wrong. Their chips and salsa are really good. I always get their mild salsa. We usually opt for eating to-go, but the restaurant has such a comforting atmosphere to it as well. I love this place and hope dearly for its continued success.

    I had the food catered for my wedding rehearsal dinner and the food was fire!! Everything was so delicious and even the salsa for the chips was amazing!! I tried the food prior to ordering from them and the staff are so kind and friendly as well as treated us so well! Absolutely loved it and would 100% go back for more!!

    The best Mexican food in town. Always fresh and delicious. The staff is super friendly and you can't beat the value. Highly recommended!!!
